Eli Harwood

A little about Eli.

Eli is a co-founder of PASS Center, an author, and the educator behind Attachment Nerd. Her work explores how people build secure relationships with their children, partners, and themselves.

Her background includes a master’s in counseling psychology, training in EMDR and TBRI, and teaching at Denver Family Institute. She is the author of Securely Attached and Raising Securely Attached Kids. Outside her work, Eli is an enthusiastic bread baker.
